August 2003: Danyang Xinxin Oil Agent Factory was established for research, development and production of refining additives. Its products were recognized and widely applied by domestic petrochemical refining enterprises.

May 2006: Its products were exported to Sudan, Algeria and other African countries, achieving export earnings for the first time. August 2006: Zhenjiang Baoju Oil Agents Co., Ltd. was established in Jurong City, Zhenjiang; it built two production units of composite ethylbenzene, diethylbenzene and resorcinol with annual capacity of 20,000t; and it put its production units into production and achieved efficiency in that year.

January 2009: It passed ISO9000 quality management system certification, which facilitated the business management and market management in a more standardized and scientific manner.

March 2010: Jiangsu Evergreen New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Dagang International Chemical Industry Park in Zhenjiang. It covers an area of 140 mu and has the registered capital of USD 35.80 million. So far, its built-up production units have been working normally, which make a solid foundation for the rapid development of Evergreen.
